how Fomo Teams works

Your team

  • A team is five traders from FOMO. Any trader on FOMO can be picked, and the same trader can be on as many teams as want them.
  • The middle slot is your captain. Everything the captain makes counts twice, and so does everything they lose.
  • Connect a Solana account in Phantom or MetaMask and sign a message to prove ownership. This is not a transaction: no funds are moved and no token approval is requested. MetaMask must be updated with Solana support.
  • You can save one team per verified wallet. Team names, five trader picks and your captain are stored securely and restored when you sign in again.
  • Live scoring and reward settlement are not active yet. Saving a team does not enter a paid round. Entry never requires buying the token or sending funds to the creator-fee wallet.

The 24 hour lock

Every time you save, your team is locked for 24 hours. When the lock ends you can swap any trader, change your captain or rename the team, and saving locks it again.

Scoring

Each trader scores their percentage gain or loss for the day (since 00:00 UTC), based on their trades. Your team score is the total of all five traders, with the captain counted twice. One point is one percent. Percent, not dollars, so a small account can beat a whale.

Example: traders at +10%, −5%, captain +3%, 0% and +1.5% score 10 − 5 + 6 + 0 + 1.5 = 12.5 points. A losing captain hurts twice as much. The live trader-performance feed is not connected yet, so scores currently show as pending.

Rewards · every 6 hours, top five, 20% each

Entry is free. At the end of each 6-hour round, the five highest-scoring teams each receive 20% of the creator fees actually collected during that round. First through fifth place all receive the same share: 20 / 20 / 20 / 20 / 20.

The reward pool is based on collected creator fees, not trading volume, an estimated fee total or a balance carried over from an earlier round. No collected fees means no reward for that round.

Configured network: Solana mainnet. These are the project-provided addresses; configuration alone does not verify the token launch, wallet ownership or creator-fee receipts.

Only verified creator-fee receipts attributable to this token and round can enter the reward pool. Unrelated transfers, deposits and prior wallet balances do not count. Displaying an address does not authorize the app to move its funds.

Payouts are not active yet. The token and receiving wallet are configured, but a healthy scoring feed, verified fee receipts and an authorized settlement process are still required. Rules for fewer than five eligible teams and rounding will be published before activation. Preview standings do not establish a claim to a reward.

6-hour rounds

  • Rounds end at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 UTC. At each cutoff the standings are frozen and the top five teams are determined.
  • Scores use each trader's daily percentage, which resets at 00:00 UTC. Each round pays only from that round's fees.
  • On a tie, the team that was saved first ranks higher.
  • Updated trading data may be delayed. Results must be verified before rewards are settled.

What this is not

Fomo Teams is not made by FOMO and is not connected to your FOMO account. We never trade for anyone. Trader names and pictures are shown as they appear on FOMO.
